"The Gang" - A former minor tax collection department is now a billion-dollar agency. This groundbreaking documentary exposes how this agency harasses, oppresses, intimidates, falsifies evidence, and terrifies small businesses and decent citizens. "BATFE - Reckless Record Keeping" - Another short section from the JPFO film "The Gang" - this time just a small section dealing with record keeping. BATFE made it pretty plain that, if information for their database was not complete then the answer was quite simply to perjure themselves and falsify records. Their interest is not toward law, but rather towards results even if that means improper and illegal actions. With more results comes more funding! Watch this clip.
