Over time further articles relative to the subject of medical malpractice will be added here and so this page represents an "index" starting point for referencing that material.
Currently there is just one article - "Bad Doctors Going Undisciplined" - archived on this site. This looks at a 5% of doctors reckoned to be responsible for as much as half the malpractice cases, a few states showing as being much worse than others ........ "The overall national downward trend of serious disciplinary actions against physicians is troubling because it indicates many states are not living up to their obligations to protect patients from bad doctors,".
